Comprehensive Asset Management System

With an in-depth understanding of all property types and markets, and insight into market conditions that influence an asset’s current and future value, LandTech has developed and perfected a Comprehensive Asset Management System (CAMS), that assists lenders with the Identification, Preservation, Valuation and Disposition of their REO assets.

CAMS as outlined below in four System Tasks, LandTech enables a lender to better position, posture and make informed decisions to:

• continue funding the borrower, i.e., continue development,

• take possession of the property,

• to engage a third-party to finish or partially finish development,

• to hold the property “as is” until conditions improve,

• to seek appointment or appoint a receiver as a caretaker or operator,
  

• engage a marketing firm to sell the property, or

• negotiate with local, regional or national builders for the sale of groups of lots and/or commercial developers for parcels of land.
