LandTech Inc. of South Carolina Forms New Company

• (Columbia, SC) - The principals of LandTech Inc. of South Carolina have formed an affiliated company, LandTech Asset Management, LLC, to provide real estate asset management and consultant services to banks.

  In its first year of operation, LandTech Asset Management has been appointed by various jurisdictional courts to serve as Receiver for major planned development communities in Rehoboth Beach, DE, Raleigh and Shallotte, NC, as well as builder-subdivisions in Charleston and Beaufort, SC. During the same timeframe, the Company has provided consultant services on 85 separate residential projects in North Carolina and Georgia.

  As a court appointed Receiver, LandTech provides specialized real estate development and management services as determined by the courts, which generally includes turn-key real estate management services including land planning, regulatory approvals, infrastructure development, marketing, sales and financial management as well as property owner relations. Initially, the Company’s services have been offered only to national and regional banks; however, the Company is now positioned to offer its services to builders, developers and smaller financial institutions that need such services.

  The parent company, LandTech Incorporated of South Carolina, is a privately-owned real estate management and development company with a long history of turn-key developments of primary and second-home communities for its own benefit including two South Carolina flagship communities.
