Bob joined LandTech in 2025 after more than a decade leading his family’s construction business where he served as chief executive officer and vice president, managing a team of over 30 people. He grew their agricultural land-improvement division into a nationally recognized brand delivering farm-scale water management projects across the United States and launched a civil construction division focused on public utility projects and site development for large-scale residential developers of both multi- and single-family developments. Early in his career, Bob worked as a business advisory and audit associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he serviced clients in M&A, IPO, divestiture, and compliance remediation environments, and later as a product manager for a London-based technology start-up, where he managed international teams and brought new software products to market. At LandTech, he draws on his background in finance, construction, and entrepreneurship to guide strategic development decisions, oversee cross-project operations, manage development projects, and support the company’s continued growth.

Bob holds a B.S. in Physics and a B.A. with a double-major in Mathematics and Philosophy from Indiana University, a M.S. in Information Systems from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a M.S. in Finance with a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where he graduated with a perfect GPA and received the top honor of Outstanding Finance Student in his graduating class.
